Aftersales SERVICE plays an integral role in strengthening the bond between Jentrakel and its customers through the various offerings in keeping their equipment operating productively, both in the heavy and light machinery segments. 

Incorporated in 1991, Jentrakel has built a wealth of over 32 years of expertise in the machinery repair and maintenance field, spread across our vast network of 17 branches throughout Malaysia, and Headquartered in Shah Alam, Selangor. 

All our Technicians are professionally trained by the respective product Principals and are certified accordingly at various levels of specialty, ready to serve our customers in the most efficient and appropriate manner.
